Blue plush dragon with lime wings

Hey there, I lost my blue plush dragon named Cobalt last night around 6:15 pm near the Riverfront Park playground by the Peoria Riverfront Museum in Peoria. It's about 12 inches tall, bright royal blue with lime-green wings, and there's a tiny red heart embroidered on its chest. The tail has a small snag and the back is a bit pilled from years of love.
