Blue satin evening gown, formal wear

I found a blue satin evening gown yesterday around 6:15 pm in the parking lot behind the Palafox Market on Palafox Street in Pensacola. It’s a floor-length gown, size 6, by Eliza James, with a beaded belt and subtle rhinestone accents on the straps. The fabric is a bit wrinkled from sitting on the ground, but there are no stains or tears and the zipper works smoothly. The royal-blue color and the sparkle make it stand out, like it might have been special-occasion purchased.
