Blue plush dragon toy found near Seville Square

I found a blue plush dragon toy in the Childrens Toys & Games category. It's about 12 inches tall, with rainbow fabric wings and a tiny white patch on its belly. There's a small fray on the left ear and a tag inside that reads 'DreamWorld Kids'. I found it this afternoon around 3:15 pm on N Palafox Street near Seville Square in downtown Pensacola.
