On Tuesday night, around 8:25 PM, I realized my CDs were missing after I stepped out of the downtown Panama City Public Library area along West 4th Street. My binder held a mix of classic rock and indie discs, some with concert stickers and a few that bring back late-night drives on Thomas Drive. I must have left the binder somewhere along the walk to my apartment on 5th Street, and I kept circling the route hoping to spot it again.
