On a foggy morning around 9:10 AM, I was wandering Nye Beach in Newport when I must have dropped a small pouch containing several enamel pins from a college trip and a favorite hiking badge. The pouch was light gray with a tiny whale pin still attached; one pin shows a lighthouse, another a goofy compass.
