I lost my dog's favorite collar while we were walking along the Oregon Coast last weekend. It's a bright blue color with little fish designs on it and has a tag with my phone number. I'm really hoping someone found it because it was a gift from my daughter, and it's very special to us. If you saw it or picked it up, please let me know!
