Golden retriever with red collar near Cannon Beach

I lost my golden retriever mix yesterday around 3pm along the Oregon Coast at Cannon Beach near Haystack Rock. He's a medium-sized, about 45 pounds, with a cream coat and a white chest patch; he wears a bright red nylon collar with a blue tag that says 'MILO'. We were walking from the beach access near the Driftwood Public Library when a seagull distraction sent him running toward the promenade; I called his name, but he vanished toward the rocks.
