Silver mesh-band Skagen watch found near Oneonta Public Library

I found a silver-tone Skagen watch with a mesh band this afternoon around 2:30pm outside the Oneonta Public Library on Main Street. The face is clean and white with slim markers, and there’s a tiny nick on the bezel at the 3 o'clock position. The back is engraved with the initials 'MKT'. The mesh band is lightweight but feels sturdy and it catches the light nicely.
