Black Jansport backpack with orange zipper pulls

Found a black Jansport backpack this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Oneonta Public Library on Main Street. It's a standard black nylon pack with bright orange zipper pulls on the main pocket and a blue bicycle sticker on the front pocket. Inside I found a red stainless steel water bottle and a spiral notebook with math notes; the bag has some wear along the bottom corner but otherwise looks intact.
