Found: Black Giro MTB helmet with neon strap

I found a black Giro mountain bike helmet this afternoon around 3:15pm, sitting on the bike rack outside Safeway on Lincoln Street in Port Townsend, Olympic Peninsula. It's a size M, with a neon-yellow strap and a small scratch on the back. The helmet looks barely used, with the inner padding clean and the vent holes unblocked. If this belongs to you or you know the owner, please reach out; I really hope it gets back to the right rider—it's a practical piece of gear and clearly has sentimental value to someone who spends weekends biking the Olympic Peninsula trails.
