I found a medium-sized black rolling suitcase outside of the Java Joint cafe on NW 9th street in Oklahoma City. It's in pretty good condition with a few scuff marks but looks to contain personal items. I wanted to help find the owner, as there is a tag with a name and number, but I haven’t had any luck contacting them myself.
