Found a friendly black Labrador wearing a collar without ID tags at Myriad Gardens in Oklahoma City.

We found a friendly black Labrador wandering around Myriad Gardens in downtown Oklahoma City yesterday. He has a collar with no identification tags, and he seems to be well-taken care of.
