Blue enamel mug with OKC skyline sticker

I found a blue enamel mug with a white interior this afternoon around 3:45pm along the riverwalk behind the Myriad Gardens. It's about 4 inches tall with a sturdy curved handle, and there’s a tiny glaze chip on the rim. The outside has a small OKC skyline sticker that's worn from use. Inside are coffee stains hinting it got a morning boost before being set down. It looks well-loved, like someone used it every day.
