Found black rolling suitcase with broken zipper and travel stickers near beach access in Okaloosa.

I found a black rolling suitcase by the beach access in Okaloosa. It has a broken zipper and a few stickers from popular travel destinations. I opened it briefly to see if there were any identifying tags, but it was locked, and I didn't want to damage it further. The suitcase looks like it belongs to someone who has just arrived and I want to make sure it gets back to its owner.
