Found a friendly green and yellow parakeet on the beachfront path in Okaloosa/Walton, Florida.

I found a lovely green and yellow parakeet on the beachfront path in Okaloosa/Walton this past Saturday. It seems to be very friendly and was flitting around, chirping. I am worried it might be lost and looking for its owner, as it did not fly away when I approached it. If you lost this little guy or know someone who did, please reach out to me!
