Black leather passport holder with RFID slots

I found a black leather passport holder this afternoon around 3:15pm near HarborWalk Village in Destin, Okaloosa County (part of Walton). It’s slim, about the size of a passport, with a red interior and a tiny coffee stain on the back cover. The outside shows a subtle Samsonite logo and there are several card slots plus a clear ID window; inside, I noticed initials 'PR' embroidered on the lining.
