Found silver bracelet with anchor charm near Paddock Mall

I found a bracelet this afternoon around 3:15pm near the entrance to Paddock Mall on SW College Rd, right by the CVS in Ocala. It's a silver-tone bracelet, about 7 inches long, with a bright blue anchor charm and a tiny silver heart charm that catch the light. The inside is lightly engraved with the initials 'A.L.' and there are a couple of small scratches from wear, suggesting it belonged to someone who wore it often. It looked like it might be sentimental, maybe a gift, so I’m hoping to reunite it with its owner.
