Blue reflective dog harness with bone tag

I lost my blue reflective dog harness yesterday around 3pm near the Walmart on SW College Road in Ocala. It's a medium nylon harness with a bright blue color and a white reflective stripe along the chest, plus a small bone-shaped name tag that reads 'Nova'. The buckle is mildly worn and there are a couple of scuffs from rough play, but it's otherwise in good condition. Nova is a rescue and this harness means a lot to us, so I really need it back. Yesterday around 3pm I lost my black velvet evening gown outside the Paddock Mall on SW College Road in Ocala. I lost my green parakeet yesterday around 3pm near the downtown Ocala square, at the corner of S Magnolia Ave and E Fort King St. It's a small parakeet about 6 inches long with vivid green feathers, bright blue cheek patches, and a tiny white feather on its left wing. It wears a light blue plastic leg band marked CA-041. The bird is extremely friendly, and I've had him for about four years; he's basically part of the family.
