Gold-toned ruby ring with initials inside

I lost my gold-toned ring yesterday around 3pm near Market Street, by the intu Victoria Centre entrance in Nottingham. It's a slim 4mm band, gold-plated, with a tiny ruby on top and the inner band stamped 'AM Design'. There's a small notch on the outer edge from a drop. It’s a UK size 6 and holds a lot of sentimental value—it's a gift from my grandmother. If you found it, please reach out; I’d be incredibly grateful to have it back.
