Found a friendly brown Labrador with a red collar near Northwest Oklahoma.

I found a friendly brown Labrador near Northwest OK this morning. He has a red collar but no tags, and he seemed a bit lost and scared. I took him in hopes of finding his owner, as he looks well taken care of. If you recognize him, please reach out!
