Blue U.S. passport in navy leather cover

I lost my blue U.S. passport yesterday around 3:15pm near the Lake Hefner Trailhead parking lot off Lake Hefner Parkway in Northwest OKC. It's tucked in a navy leather passport holder with a small dent on the bottom-right corner and a gold crest on the cover. The inner page with my photo has a slight crease, and there's a tiny travel sticker from a past trip tucked inside.
