I was walking through downtown Rome, GA, around 3:20 PM on Sunday when I spotted a pair of hoops tucked under a cafe chair near the Clock Tower on Broad Street. I picked them up, and it was clear someone had dropped them while rushing to catch a bus. They’re silver hoops with a tiny black enamel heart charm still attached, a little scuffed from street wear.
