Found: Black Giant mountain bike with lime accents

I found this bike this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the CVS on Broad Street in downtown Rome, GA, Northwest Georgia. It's a matte black Giant mountain bike, size medium, with neon lime green accents on the rims and a lime-green water bottle cage. There’s a white mountain silhouette sticker on the top tube and a scratched left crank arm, plus a steel U-lock still looped through the rear wheel.
