Orange tabby cat with white chest missing

I lost my orange tabby Mochi yesterday around 3pm near the library on Stevens Street in Rhinelander, Northern WI. Mochi is a medium-sized, short-haired cat with bright green eyes, orange fur, and a white chest and paws. He wears a blue collar with a tiny silver bell, and there’s a small white patch on his chest that’s almost heart-shaped.
