Blue compact travel umbrella

Found a blue compact travel umbrella this afternoon around 2:30pm in the parking lot behind the Walmart on Tower Ave in Superior, WI. It's navy blue, compact when closed (about 11 inches) with a 42-inch arc when opened, automatic open/close, and a black handle. There's a small neon-green 'Explorer Club' sticker on the inner lining, a nice, easy identifier if someone recognizes it, and the canopy shows minor wind scuffs but works fine.
