Black velvet gown, size 6, lost near Rhinelander Library

I lost my black floor-length velvet gown yesterday around 7:15pm after leaving the Rhinelander Public Library on Main Street. It's an Adrianna Papell gown, size 6, with a satin lining and a detachable crystal belt at the waist. There's a tiny snag in the hem and a faint bead near the zipper that I usually cover with the belt. It has real sentimental value—it's a gift from my late aunt, and I wore it to a family wedding last weekend; I was supposed to wear it again this weekend. If anyone found it, I'd really appreciate getting it back; it means a lot to me.
