Grey tabby cat with white paws, found near Charlevoix marina

I found a grey tabby cat this afternoon around 4:15pm near the Charlevoix City Marina on Bridge Street. It's a medium-sized cat with short fur, mostly grey, and white paws and chest, and it was wearing a blue collar with a small silver bell. There’s a small notch in the right ear and a white heart-shaped patch on the chest—two features that could help identify it. It seemed friendly and I kept talking to it while I looked for any ID, but there wasn’t a tag. If this is your cat or you know who it belongs to, please reach out; I’d love to help reunite them.
