Gold engagement ring with tiny diamond

I lost my yellow-gold engagement ring yesterday around 3pm near the Oxford Square, outside Square Books on the Square in downtown Oxford, North Mississippi. It's a 14k yellow gold band with a small round diamond set in a simple bezel. The ring has a tiny sunburst engraving on the inside and a faint nick along the outer edge from a bump I took during a run. It was a gift from my grandmother and has huge sentimental value; I really need it back. If anyone found it, please message me; I can meet up anywhere around downtown Oxford or nearby.
