Purple reflective dog harness with lime stitching

Found a purple reflective dog harness with lime-green stitching this morning around 7:45am in the parking lot behind the Dairy Queen on University Drive in Fargo, North Dakota. It's a medium size, adjustable strap, with a small paw-print charm and a quick-release buckle. The harness is in good condition, just a bit dusty from the lot.
