Description

I lost my dog's blue collar around Oakwood Park in Fargo, North Dakota. The collar has a small name tag attached that reads 'Buddy' along with my phone number. I took him for a walk and somehow it slipped off during playtime. It's very dear to me, so I'm really hoping to get it back!
