Nintendo Switch OLED with neon Joy-Cons found

I found a Nintendo Switch OLED sitting on a bench behind Library West near University Ave in Gainesville this afternoon, around 3:15pm, in North Central FL. It's in a white dock with neon red/blue Joy-Cons and a dragon sticker on the back of the protective case. The screen looks clean with a thin protector, and there's a small scuff on the right Joy-Con. If this sounds like yours, the sticker detail should help identify it, and the battery level was around 60% when I found it.
