Omron BP monitor with blue cuff, lost

I lost my Omron digital blood pressure monitor yesterday around 3pm near the Primark entrance on Northumberland Street in Newcastle city centre. It's white and palm-sized, with a light blue cuff, and it should be in a navy zip pouch with a small red heart sticker on the corner. There's a tiny scratch on the left edge of the monitor. I last had it when I stopped for a coffee near Eldon Square, so it could have slipped out on the pavement along Northumberland Street. This monitor is essential for my daily health checks, so I’d really appreciate getting it back.
