Lost blue diabetes testing kit with glucose meter, test strips, and lancets in Central Park.

I lost my diabetes testing kit while jogging in Central Park yesterday afternoon. It's a blue case with a small zipper and contains a glucose meter, test strips, and a few lancets. I realized it was gone when I returned home and couldn't find it in my bag. I'm hoping someone might have picked it up and can help me get it back. Thank you!
