I found a navy blue leather handbag this afternoon around 2:45pm in the parking lot behind the Mall of New Hampshire on Willow Street in Manchester, NH. It’s a medium-sized tote with pebble-grain texture, tan leather trim, and gold-tone hardware. The zipper pull has a bright red tassel, and there’s a small heart-shaped charm dangling from the inside pocket. Inside there’s a floral-lined inner pocket with a tag bearing the initials 'A.D.' and a photo of a dog.
