Found plush bear with red scarf

I found a soft plush bear this afternoon around 2:45 pm by the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk Carousel on Ocean Boulevard. It's about 12 inches tall, cream-colored with a bright red knitted scarf, and a tiny blue heart stitched on its left paw. One ear is a bit bent and there's a faint coffee-colored stain on the neck from sun exposure, but overall it's in good shape. It's a small black speaker about the size of my phone, with a blue silicone bumper and a tiny scratch on the bottom edge. The brand looks like Anker and there’s a blue fabric grille with a mic and control buttons along the top.
