On Sunday at 6:40 PM, I found two violins outside the Ball State University Library in Muncie, tucked beside a bench near the entrance. They were in a worn black case with one bow resting on top and a faint scent of varnish in the evening air. One violin has a small scratch along the scroll and a sticker from a local youth orchestra; the other carries a faint inscribed name on the inside that I couldn't fully read. I brought them here to post them so the rightful owner would recognize them and reach out through the site.
