Blue TY Beanie Boo dragon plush found near Safeway

I found a blue TY Beanie Boo dragon plush this afternoon around 4 p.m. in the parking lot behind Safeway on Pioneer Way in Moses Lake. It's about 12 inches long, with orange wings and a yellow belly, and it has bright green eyes. There's a small fabric tag that reads TY Beanie Boo and a tiny blue heart patch on its left paw. It's in good condition, just a bit wrinkled from being stuffed in a bag; I figured someone might be missing a beloved toy, so I hope to reunite it with its owner—if this is yours, drop me a note and we can arrange a pickup near Safeway.
