Blue plush dinosaur with red bow tie

I lost my blue plush dinosaur stuffed toy with a red bow tie yesterday around 3pm near the Safeway on Division Street in Moses Lake. It's about 12 inches tall, with a white belly, and a tiny yellow star patch on its chest; the red bow is a bit frayed from years of hugs. It was a gift from my daughter on her third birthday, and she calls it 'Dino'—it means a lot to us. If anyone found it, we'd be grateful to get it back for her.
