Black North Face puffer jacket with neon zipper pull

I found a black North Face puffer jacket this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the Walmart on Pioneer Way in Moses Lake. It's a men's size Large, slightly pilled but warm, with a neon lime zipper pull and the North Face logo on the chest. Inside the collar there's a small stitched tag with the name 'Mira' and a date from last winter—that's a decent clue for the owner.
