Emerald green budgie with yellow chest, lost near library

I lost my emerald green budgie yesterday around 3pm after he slipped from his cage near the Morgantown Public Library on Spruce Street. He's about 5 inches long, emerald green with a bright yellow chest, blue cheek patches, and a tiny silver leg band engraved 'MV-7'. He’s incredibly friendly and chirps a lot; my daughter adores him, so this means a lot to us.
