Found a small, bright green parakeet near the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

I found a small, bright green parakeet yesterday afternoon while walking near the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The little guy was perched on a fence and seemed to be a bit lost. It looks healthy and friendly but definitely appears to be someone's pet. If you recognize this bird or know who it belongs to, please reach out!
