Found small guinea pig with blue harness

I found a small guinea pig this afternoon around 3:15 PM outside the Target on McHenry Avenue in Modesto. It's a tidy little guy, tan-brown fur with a white underbelly and a tiny blue harness with a silver bell that chimes when he moves. He seems healthy and curious, nibbling on a leaf I picked up for him, and he has a distinctive black spot near his left ear. I checked nearby bushes and the parking lot, but I didn’t see anyone looking for him, so I’m hoping to reunite him with his owner.
