Blue US passport with gold seal

I lost my navy blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near the Gallo Center for the Arts on I Street in downtown Modesto. It's the standard navy cover with a gold seal, and there's a tiny scratch near the crest plus a small coffee stain along the bottom edge, plus a gentle crease along the spine from travel. The name Priya Patel is printed on the photo page. I really need it back—it's my essential travel document and it carries sentimental value due to upcoming plans.
