Grey tote bag with red interior

I found a grey canvas tote bag this afternoon around 3:15pm on Higgins Avenue, right outside Caras Park near the pedestrian bridge. It’s a medium tote, about 14x11 inches, with a bright red lining that peeks out when you unzip. There’s a small brown leather patch on the front that says 'Evergreen Co.' and a blue tassel keychain on the zipper. The corners show a little wear from daily use. Inside I spotted a folded umbrella, a spiral notebook with a laminated photo of a golden retriever, and a set of apartment keys on a black lanyard. If this bag belongs to you, I’d really like to get it back. I can meet you downtown or drop it at the Missoula Police Department non-emergency desk—whatever works.
