Description
I’m Kai Olson. I realized my scarves were missing Saturday around 4:15 PM after leaving the Guthrie Theater area and walking along the riverfront near the Stone Arch Bridge. The two scarves are important to me: a charcoal wool scarf and a cream knit scarf with a red stripe, both gifts from family. I retraced my steps along Nicollet Mall and down toward the Mississippi, hoping someone had picked them up. It would mean the world to get them back; I’m holding onto a small hope that a kind stranger might have found them and kept them safe.

How to safely get your item back
A short checklist to protect you and the item during the handoff.
Verify the finder before meeting

- Request a clear photo of the item from an angle you did not post.
- Do not pay any release, shipping, or storage fee.

Meet in a safe, public place
- Police stations, café entrances, transport hubs, and shop foyers all work.

- Avoid private homes, car parks at night, or isolated locations.
Bring someone with you
- Tell a friend or family member where you are meeting and when.
