Silver bracelet with heart charm found near Meridian Park

I found a silver bracelet this afternoon around 12:45pm in the parking lot behind the Meridian City Market on Market Street. It's a slim silver-tone bracelet with a tiny red heart charm and a small engraving 'M' on the clasp. It's in pretty good condition, just a few light scratches from being on the ground near the bike racks.
