Missing teen: 5 ft 6 in, gray hoodie, star tattoo

I'm trying to find my sister, Mia Patel, who's 15. She's about 5 ft 6 in, with shoulder-length brown hair and hazel eyes, and she was wearing a gray hoodie, black jeans, and white sneakers. Yesterday around 7pm she wandered off near the Meridian Marketplace by Eagle Road and Franklin; she has a small star-shaped tattoo on her left wrist and wears a silver dog tag necklace.
