I found a medium-sized black dog around the park on 5th Street in Merced this afternoon. He seems friendly and appears to be well taken care of, but I couldn't find any tags with owner information. He has a slight white patch on his chest and is really sweet. If you think this might be your dog, please reach out to me with a description.
