Navy North Face parka with fur hood

I lost my navy blue North Face parka yesterday around 3pm outside the Meadville Public Library on Liberty Street. It's a size medium, men's cut, puffy with a detachable faux-fur hood and a bright blue zipper pull. There’s a small orange stitch repair along the inside seam near the left pocket, and the inner lining is a light gray with a tiny snag near the cuff. It has a lot of sentimental value—it's the jacket I wore after moving here during a tougher winter, and I really need it back. If you’ve seen it, any info would mean a lot.
