Blue Omron BP monitor with cuff

I lost my blue Omron blood pressure monitor with the white cuff yesterday around 3pm near the CVS on North Main Street in Meadville. It's the compact BP monitor with a black digital display and a blue plastic case about the size of a paperback. The cuff is standard large and has a small tear near the connector, plus there’s a tiny silver Omron badge on the back. It’s more than just gear; this thing helps me stay on top of my health and it was a thoughtful gift from my grandmother. If anyone found it, please message me—I’d really appreciate getting it back.
